This role is for a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant within a leading global professional services company, recognized for its outstanding workplace culture. The position is based in Bratislava, Slovakia, and focuses on a major telecommunications client transformation. The consultant will be at the forefront of implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA solutions, specifically within the Finance and Controlling modules, to streamline financial processes and drive digital innovation in a cloud-first environment.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions across multiple projects.
Configure and customize the SAP FI and CO modules to meet business process needs.
Support S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, including system conversion and new implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
Provide expert guidance on financial process improvements, compliance, and best practices.
Design and deliver end-user training, support testing phases, and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
Work on integrating third-party platforms and rolling out Fiori-based user experiences.
Job Requirements:
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (IELTS 5.5 - 6.0)
Proven experience in the design and implementation of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions.
Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting.
Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Experience with S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, such as system conversions or new implementations.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate financial requirements into effective system solutions.
Knowledge of integrating FI/CO with other SAP modules like Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD).
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, Fiori, and the Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a significant advantage.
