Several Italian employers are seeking skilled candidates for various positions within the agri-food sector, such as industrial cooks, bakers, food processing mechanics and technicians, and dairy industrial machine operators.
To ensure the best fit, please review the role descriptions below. Apply only if your skills and experience directly match one of these trades:
Bakers: Produce bread, pastries, and bakery products within an industrial or plant setting. Manage dough preparation, mixing, proofing, baking, and quality control on a production line.
Industrial cooks: Cook or prepare food within a manufacturing or plant setting, turning raw ingredients into finished or semi-finished products for mass production.
Food Processing Mechanics and Technicians: Operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on machines and line equipment; supervise line performance and ensure smooth production.
Dairy Industrial Machine Operators: Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment to manufacture dairy products (e.g., milk, cheese, yogurt, lactose-based ingredients) with occasional animal handling.
General Requirements:
Completion of secondary school or equivalent is typically required.
Possess 3+ years of experience in the relevant trade.
A strong understanding of the principles, techniques, and safety procedures of your trade.
A keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Elementary English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 1-4.
Eligibility:
You are eligible to register on the Talent Catalog if you meet both of these criteria.
