TBB is a global nonprofit matching refugees with employers who need their skills.
The Talent Catalog is a platform that helps us match displaced candidates from over150 occupations with appropriate skills to international job opportunities.
Who can register in the Talent Catalog?
You are eligible to register on the Talent Catalog if you:
Are a refugee, stateless person, or in a situation where you are displaced from your home country and unable to return permanently because you believe that you would face danger or human rights violations there, and,
Do not currently have access to another lasting solution to resolve your displacement, such as citizenship in another country where you can access human rights. Read more >
Competitive process
Recruitment processes for international job opportunities are often very competitive. Through our pathways, your profile will be considered alongside other candidates. To improve your chances of being selected for a first interview by employers, we recommend that you use the resources below to develop your career and language skills and develop your CV and interview skills.

A candidate-led process
Unlike our TBB-led matching process where we find the role for you, the Independent Job Search model is built for proactive candidates who have already secured an offer in Australia, Canada, the UK, or Europe. After landing a job abroad; TBB steps in to help candidates navigate the complex visa and travel logistics to get them there.

Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) is a nonprofit that creates labour mobility pathways for refugees and displaced people. Instead of humanitarian resettlement, TBB connects refugees with international employment opportunities in countries offering full rights and stability. TBB does not assist with humanitarian resettlement, internships, or scholarships.

No. Registering in the Talent Catalog does not guarantee employment. Due to the large number of registrants compared to the available opportunities and the time needed for each recruitment (recruitment, visa processing and relocation), only a small percentage will be offered international positions depending on labor market demand. Therefore, continue pursuing other opportunities independently. We will contact you only if an employer is interested in your profile or if we need to verify your information.

Here are some tips from our team on how to do so:
Ensure your profile is fully completed with detailed information, keywords related to your jobs, especially in the occupations section. Include a detailed job description to give us a clearer understanding of your skills, allowing us to better match you with opportunities. Also, if you have a CV in English, we ask that you attach it as well.
Keep your contact information, work experience, and certificates up to date.
Confirm that your profile has been successfully submitted and is not in draft status.
Language: English and French language skills remain essential, both for employers and for visa processes. We encourage you to work to improve your language skills if you feel the need to do so. You can find English and French language resources on this page.
Our Updates: We encourage you to follow our Facebook page, as we post some of our active opportunities there. You can also find them on this page where you can nominate yourself if you think you are a good fit.
Developing Skills: TBB offers you free access to Coursera. You can use this resource to improve your skills, gain work experience, and market yourself to potential employers globally.
Autonomous employment: We would like to remind you that if you were able to secure employment in Canada, Australia, or the United Kingdom on your own, we might be able to support you with relocation and legal matters. Should you secure employment independently of TBB, we encourage you to reach out to us via this email.

No. Registering on the Talent Catalog is free. All of our services are free of charge for all candidates. If anyone asks you for money on TBB’s behalf, please report this activity to us immediately: candidates@talentbeyondboundaries.org.
During the visa process after a job offer, you may need to pay fees for document issuance, translation, or other administrative tasks directly to the relevant party, not TBB. TBB will inform you of any anticipated expenses beforehand and provide support throughout the process.

Yes. If you receive a job offer, you will be able to relocate with your immediate family (i.e. your spouse or de facto partner and any dependent children). Skilled visa programs generally do not allow you to include parents or siblings.
