One of our employers is seeking an NPI Technical Manager to lead technical support and program management for New Product Introductions (NPIs) across three critical departments: ADC Conjugation, BT1, and ADCBT2. Based in Sligo, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning groundbreaking therapies from development to commercialization, ensuring seamless integration into our biological manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead NPI Execution: Oversee product, process, and technology transfers from early-stage development through PPQ (Process Performance Qualification).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and ECM teams to ensure smooth product commercialization.
Technical Leadership: Provide direction for NPI activities, including site-fit assessments for the company’s pipeline products and ECM opportunities.
Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with internal/external program managers to align on NPI timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
Compliance & Innovation: Ensure adherence to cGMP/EHS standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) during audits and stage-gate reviews, ensuring robust process control strategies.
Requirements (Mandatory):
English fluency (spoken and comprehension).
MSc in Scientific or Engineering field (Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related discipline preferred).
5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industries, including 2+ years in technical management.
Hands-on knowledge of fill-finish unit operations and biologics manufacturing.
Exceptional communication and leadership to influence peers and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Eligibility:
