About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener to join an established team based in Glandorf, Germany. In this role, you will work on physical landscaping projects, operate modern machinery, and collaborate with a close-knit crew. This permanent position offers long-term stability, career development, and internal/external training opportunities.
Job responsibilities
Carry out earthworks, vegetation planting, paving, and the construction/outfitting of sports and recreational facilities.
Handle irrigation and drainage installation projects.
Professionally operate, maintain, and care for modern machinery, vehicles, and tools.
Work closely with team members and site management to execute project plans effectively.
Gradually take on more site responsibility and independent tasks over time.
Job requirements:
Education: Completed vocational training as a gardener (Gärtner, any specialization).
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping, and handling machinery/equipment.
Language Skills: German language proficiency at B1 level or higher. (Note: English is not required for this role).
Driver's License: Valid Class B or BE driver’s license (support will be provided for license conversion/recognition).
Skills & Attributes: Strong manual dexterity, reliability, ability to work well in a team, and a desire to work independently.
Eligibility:
