Talent Beyond Boundaries is partnering with a public Labor Market Service in Hamburg, Germany, to offer a tailored career support program for qualified Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
💡 Important Note: This program is an intensive career advisory and job placement support service designed to enhance your employability and connect you with local employers; it is not a direct job offer.
Because local employers across the Hamburg region have a high demand for engineering talent, selected participants receive dedicated support to successfully enter the German job market.
What you will receive:
Tailored evaluation of your engineering qualifications for the German market.
Expert assistance in refining your CV and cover letter to German industry standards.
Direct connection to suitable electrical and electronics engineering openings and internships in Hamburg.
Practical preparation and training for job interviews with German employers.
Continued support for at least 6 months after you secure employment.
Requirements:
To participate in this advisory program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
Language proficiency: German language skills at B2 level or higher are preferred (candidates with verified B1 level proficiency may also be considered).
Readiness and willingness to relocate to and work in Hamburg, Germany.
