The employer is a well-established German IT systems company with 25 years of experience serving clients across various industries. Based in Georgsmarienhütte. The company values passion, team spirit, and high-quality work, focusing on delivering comprehensive IT solutions including infrastructure support, virtualization, backup systems, communication platforms, and enterprise mobility management.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage and develop IT infrastructure for multiple clients.
Implement IT projects such as:
Backup solutions using Veeam.
VMware-based virtualization environments.
Enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions.
Communication systems (e.g., UNIFY).
Administer and maintain:
Microsoft Windows environments.
Server infrastructure.
Physical and virtual networks.
Provide second-level support to internal IT teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum B2 proficiency in German language.
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
At least three years of relevant professional experience.
Profound knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Solid experience with common virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware).
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies.
Ideally, basic knowledge in the administration of Linux systems.
Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and a passion for technical challenges.
High standards for the quality of your own work.
