Responsibilities:

1. IT Specialist

   • Duties:

     • Support and monitor client IT systems and infrastructure.

     • Assist with the administration of servers, networks, and user accounts.

     • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.

     • Help implement IT projects like Microsoft 365 setup, cloud integration, and backup procedures.

     • Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.

2. IT Administrator

   • Duties:

     • Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtual environments.

     • Provide second-level support to end-users and junior staff.

     • Implement IT projects, such as backup solutions, firewall setups, and software deployments.

     • Monitor system performance and security, and recommend improvements.

     • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to maintain IT services.

3. Senior System Engineer

   • Duties:

     • Design, implement, and optimize complex IT infrastructures for clients.

     • Lead IT projects, such as VMware virtualization expansions, Veeam backup implementations, and EMM deployment.

     • Provide guidance and support to IT Administrators and client-side IT teams.

     • Analyze system performance and recommend strategic improvements.

     • Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across all IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum B2 proficiency in German language.

  • Completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

  • Basic to solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking

  • Interest in server technologies and virtualization

• For Experienced Candidates

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies

  • Hands-on experience with virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware)

  • Experience implementing or managing IT infrastructure projects
