Available Roles:
1. Skilled Bricklayer
Join a team where traditional craftsmanship meets modern construction standards. You will be responsible for the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of residential and commercial projects.
Key Expertise: Masonry using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stone; plastering and screed application.
Technical Skills: Formwork, reinforcement, and operation of machinery like plate compactors.
Requirement: 2+ years of relevant experience and strong physical resilience.
2. Concrete Finisher / Mason
Ideal for technically-minded builders who understand the science behind structural concrete and precision engineering.
Key Expertise: Production of custom timber/metal formwork; precision placement of reinforcement steel.
Technical Skills: Operation of concrete pumps and vibrators; ability to read complex structural drawings.
Requirement: 2+ years of experience and a Diploma in Building/Construction Engineering (or related field).
3. Road Construction Worker
Work on the essential infrastructure of Germany. From paving town squares to building drainage systems, your work keeps the country moving.
Key Expertise: Sub-base construction, asphalt surfaces, and civil engineering works.
Technical Skills: Operation of heavy machinery including excavators, rollers, and milling machines.
Requirement: 2+ years of experience and a Diploma in Road Construction (or related field).
Requirements:
This opportunity is exclusively for candidates currently in a refugee or displaced situation who possess the following professional qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in your specific trade.
An IELTS Level 4.5 – 5.0 is required to ensure workplace safety and effective coordination.
No prior knowledge is required, but a strong willingness to learn the language is essential for long-term success.
A valid Driver’s License is mandatory for all roles.
Ideally aged between 20 and 40, with strong numeracy and analytical problem-solving skills.
High level of physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in demanding outdoor environments.
A genuine willingness to live and work in rural areas of Germany.
