The employer operates within the IT consulting and ServiceNow solutions sector and is currently seeking candidates for a ServiceNow Senior Consultant role. This position specifically concentrates on delivering consulting services related to ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform designed for IT service management. In the capacity of a ServiceNow Senior Developer, the responsibilities include the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow solutions.
Customize and extend ServiceNow functionalities through workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and create technical design documents.
Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other business applications, databases, and systems.
Mentor and guide junior developers in ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

Upper-intermediate communication skills in English, both written and oral
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with proven expertise in developing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Certification of ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
Experienced in JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
Experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, and integrations with external systems.
Experience and solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling in the context of ServiceNow CMDB
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, in a consulting and global environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively and plan, build and execute ServiceNow solution demos.
