Position Description
As a Performance Test Engineer, you work along all the different stages in the testing lifecycle and across different company domains to provide customers with solutions. You will also work to improve engineering practices by testing processes and delivering value.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance test strategies at project and organizational levels
Identify any performance obstruction and work on enhancing best practices in the system’s development life cycle
Document and report risks, ROI and defects, suggesting mitigation strategies where appropriate
Take advantage of the appropriate tools to plan and execute test initiatives
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
3 years of experience in a similar role or function
Exposure to one of Microfocus LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, Tricentis NeoLoad OR another similar tool
Experience in C/C++, Java, Perl, Python, OR SQL is highly desirable
Performance testing experience across multiple platform architectures and technologies
Knowledge of open source visualization tools is a bonus
