Are you passionate about jewelry craftsmanship and eager to learn from the best in the industry? This is a Gold opportunity for you to kickstart your career as a Goldsmith with a renowned jewelry producer in Turin, Italy.

Program details:

Hybrid training program (online and in-person)
Training on the job in Italy at the internal Goldsmith Academy
Pre-departure: 120 Italian classes (Diaconia Valdese) + 10 days of in-person technical training
Post-arrival: 3 months of in-person training, 8 hours per day of technical training (will be developed according to candidates preparation)
Successful candidates will receive a full-time job contract in Italy

Selection Process:

10 to 20 candidates will be selected to go to Italy
The selection process includes online interviews and in-person assessments

Profiles:

Priority profiles to be considered: Goldsmiths and professionals skilled in cleaning and polishing jewelry
Secondary profiles include professionals in fine arts/artisanal/manual/crafts handwork

Profile Requirements:

Individual characteristics: Precision, attention to detail, good dexterity, patience
Previous experience in various crafts and arts, preferably in goldsmithing.
English Level: Intermediate or above (4 IELTS level or above)
