About the Opportunity
The Employer Service Desk of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit - BA) in Hamburg assists employers in identifying and recruiting suitable international talent. Operating through a strategic partnership within the TBB-Hamburg Welcome Center, the Employer Service Desk serves as an official referral partner. They utilize the TBB Talent Catalog to source qualified professionals who undergo ethical recruitment and matching for job vacancies in the Hamburg region.
Roles overview, responsibilities, and requirements:
1. Senior Housekeeping Coordinator
Overview: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain standards across hotel rooms and public facilities, and lead floor staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations, quality control, and cleanliness audits.
Assign daily floor duties, arrange staff scheduling, and train team members.
Oversee linen, guest supplies, and inventory procurement.
Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance departments to handle special guest requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or recognized vocational qualification in Hospitality (or a comparable field).
German language proficiency at level B2 or higher.
Proven supervisory/coordination experience in hotel housekeeping or facilities management.
2. Car Mechanic / Automotive Technician
Overview: Handle diagnostic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, and electronic servicing on passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Perform electronic system diagnostics and fault troubleshooting.
Execute routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and engine maintenance.
Inspect auto-electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drivetrains.
Ensure vehicles comply with German road safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or recognized vocational qualification in Automotive Technology (or a comparable field).
German language proficiency at level B2 or higher.
Practical experience in vehicle repair and diagnostic mechanics.
Eligibility:
You are eligible to register on the Talent Catalog if you meet both of these criteria.
