A dynamic, well-established woodworking and interior construction firm based in Germany. The employer specializes in high-quality custom carpentry, flooring, window installations, and modern interior fitting, operating with a collaborative team that actively supports hands-on staff and apprentices.
About the Role
As a Carpenter / Joiner (Tischler / Schreiner), you will serve as a versatile all-rounder working both on-site at customer locations and in the workshop. This role covers a broad range of tasks including laying flooring, fitting doors and skylights, building custom furniture, and performing drywall construction.
Responsibilities:
Lay and install various types of timber, laminate, and composite flooring.
Craft, assemble, and fit interior/exterior doors as well as roof windows and skylights.
Build and assemble custom furniture, including office desks and bespoke woodwork.
Perform drywall assembly, framing, and installation (Trockenbau) on customer sites.
Work flexibly across various woodworking and interior fitting projects while collaborating with team members and apprentices.
Requirements:
Completed formal 3-year vocational training/qualification as a Carpenter or Joiner (Tischler/Schreiner).
German language proficiency at A2 to B1 level (Mandatory).
Arabic language skills are strongly preferred to facilitate daily team coordination.
Driver's license is initially optional (team transport is available via apprentices), but you must be open to obtaining or transferring a valid German driver's license in the long term.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in general carpentry, custom furniture making, flooring, or drywall construction.
Eligibility:
