In just a few short years, we’ve helped 1227 displaced people migrate internationally for work. As a result of our advocacy, seven countries have now established refugee labour mobility pathways.

But there is more to do.

65,000+ people have registered on our Talent Catalog and are waiting for our help to apply for jobs internationally.

At the same time, we need to step up our advocacy to open more pathways in more countries, and invest in the technological infrastructure that will enable this solution to scale through hundreds of partners globally.

We have a plan, but we need funds to make it happen.

Donate to our World Refugee Day campaign to help us scale our impact. Together, we can help more refugees migrate for work, using their skills to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Diala’s story

Diala, a nurse and Palestinian refugee, was living displaced in Lebanon. As a refugee, she was denied basic human rights, and her career opportunities were severely limited.

Talent Beyond Boundaries matched Diala with a job in Canada and assisted her to access a skilled visa pathway. She arrived in Toronto in 2020 with just a couple of suitcases, ready to start her brand new life.
