The employer is seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Consultant with expertise in the SAP software suite, to play a pivotal role in supporting their clients' SAP transformation initiatives. As a crucial member of their team, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with clients, translating their business and functional requirements into comprehensive SAP design documents. You will be at the forefront of overseeing solution delivery, ensuring seamless execution of SAP transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

Act as a Functional Expert in the data migration domain for our clients.
Translate business and functional requirements into SAP design documents.
Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery process, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Leverage your strong business process knowledge to design effective and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful SAP transformation projects.

Qualifications

Upper-intermediate communication skills in English, both written and oral
Demonstrated experience advising clients on data strategy components within S/4HANA roadmaps.
Proven expertise in supporting the implementation of data migration solutions based on SAP tools such as Data Services & Data Migration Cockpit.
Minimum of 4 years of functional data management skills.
Comprehensive understanding across the entire SAP implementation lifecycle, from data strategy definition to cutover.
Proven ability to advise and support clients facing data quality challenges.
Collaborate with clients to define corrective actions and implement data quality monitoring solutions.
Translate client requirements into solution definitions while adhering to data management best practices.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.
In-depth understanding of Data Management and Migration strategies and methodologies.
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Desirable skills:
Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to client buyers and internal Accenture groups.
Experience with SAP data tools such as SAP Data Services, SAP SDI, SAP Migration Cockpit, and Information Steward.
Hold a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
