Responsibilities

Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
Assisting with repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
Operating tools, machines, and other equipment.
Follow compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Assisting with building foundations, installing floor systems, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roofing systems.
Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.

Qualifications

Upper-intermediate communication skills in English, both written and oral
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Experience in maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures
Experience with building foundations, installing floor systems, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roofing systems.
Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands.
Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment
