About us
The Talent Bridge | Fair Migration Coalition is a collaborative network of service providers in Canada working together to strengthen refugee labour mobility. By aligning our specialized expertise across the full end-to-end international recruitment process, starting with employer onboarding, immigration services, relocation and settlement, our approach ensures high retention for employers and a positive international migration experience for candidates. By reducing fragmentation, closing gaps, and building shared infrastructure, we help transform individual efforts into coordinated pathways that deliver stronger, more durable outcomes for employers and international workers.
We are powered by the following organizations:
Why we exist
The Coalition exists to help level the playing field, so displacement is not a barrier to fair employment access, safe hiring, and meaningful work. Across today’s migration systems, refugees and forcibly displaced people are too often excluded from labour mobility pathways not because they lack skills or experience, but because systems are fragmented, access is uneven, and processes are designed to minimise risk rather than enable opportunity. At the same time, employers face complexity, uncertainty, and limited support when trying to hire internationally trained talent in ways that are ethical, compliant, and sustainable.
We exist to close that gap, aligning people, systems, and expertise so fair migration works better for everyone involved.
What makes us different
What sets the Coalition apart is how we approach labour mobility. Our model is end-to-end, not transactional, supporting people and employers across the full journey rather than at a single point of intervention. It is coordinated, not duplicative, aligning specialized organizations so expertise is shared and gaps are reduced rather than recreated.
We are human-centred without losing systems credibility, balancing dignity, protection, and lived experience with rigour, accountability, and program integrity.
We are also built for retention, integration, and long-term outcomes, not just placement, because fair migration succeeds only when people are supported to stay, contribute, and belong.
