Mock interview volunteers
One of the most useful ways that people can donate their time to TBB is as a mock interviewer. Many refugee candidates have limited experience with formal job interviews, so we connect them with volunteers to help them practice their interview skills and techniques, prior to real job interviews with potential employers.
